Abhishek ("Abhi") Roy brings 25 years of senior management consulting experience from three of the world's most respected advisory firms — PwC, Cognizant Consulting, and Protiviti. His career has been focused on driving transformational outcomes for banking and financial services clients, from midsize regional banks to global institutions. These transformations have included large-scale digitization of front-to-back processes, modernization and rationalization across platforms, driving initiatives to make teams and their processes more efficient, helping accelerate speed-to-market with increased agility across people, process, and systems, taking costs out — and more recently, embedding AI tools and agent-driven efficiencies across the business.

He also brings direct operating experience. As part of the Business Analysis & Planning team at a Carmel-headquartered utility services provider that grew from a $100M to a $1B+ business, Abhi built district-level P&L reporting across 30 markets in 12 states, designed real-time operational dashboards tracking daily service completions, complaints, damages, customer accolades, and new contracts, and delivered the financial discipline and PE reporting rigor that a PE-backed business of that scale demands.
